Exposure & Marketing Plan 

We design and implement a customized marketing plan for the sale of your home which includes newspaper advertising, open houses, power cards, web commercials and customized feature sheets. Your home will be featured on numerous recognized websites including royallepage.ca and MLS.ca®. Most importantly, your home will be marketed to over 2,100 Ottawa area REALTORS® through our network, each with their own qualified buyer network.

We know that selling your house can be stressful. That’s why we make it a point to keep you informed of everything we are doing to get your house SOLD.

Every week we will take the time to call you and keep you informed of current market conditions, activity on your property (showings, open houses and feedback) and upcoming advertising initiatives. We will email you Buyer and Sales Representative feedback regarding all showings via our Weekly Activity Report.

Offers & Negotiations 

At the time of Offer, we will review the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, explain all conditions and special clauses, represent you in preparing a Counter-Offer, and handle negotiations until we have an agreement.

A Successful Close 

Once all conditions have been met and we have a firm and binding Agreement, we will keep in touch and maintain communications with you. We will ensure that all documents are forwarded to your lawyer and make ourselves available for your future real estate needs and questions.
