The December 2021 Ottawa Real Estate Board Stats are out!

Market Snapshot: A typical December resale market but, with Ottawa’s inventory shortage the pressure continues to increase sale prices. The Seller’s market held strong as December had less than one month’s supply of residential homes and condominiums.
